Términos y Condiciones

These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Chambre d’Hôtes Le Moulin de La Neste.

1. General Information

The property offers guest accommodation including breakfast, in accordance with the French regulations applicable to chambres d’hôtes.

2. Reserva

Las reservas se confirman tras recibir el 100% del importe total de la estancia.

This payment is considered as “arrhes” under French law. The reservation becomes effective once the payment has been received and a confirmation has been sent to the guest.

3. Pago

The balance must be paid in advance, depending on the booking conditions.

Métodos de pago aceptados:

• Transferencia bancaria
• Efectivo
• Credit card, if enabled on the website

4. Cancellation Policy

Las condiciones de cancelación son las siguientes:

• More than 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded
• Between 15 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay is due
• Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay is due
• No-show: the full amount is due

La salida anticipada no da derecho al huésped a ningún reembolso.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: before 11:00

Se pueden acordar horarios diferentes bajo petición.

6. Tarifas

Las tarifas incluyen:

• Estancia nocturna
• Desayuno
• Ropa de cama y toallas
• Basic toiletries, such as soap and toilet paper

Tourist tax, taxe de séjour, is not included unless explicitly stated.

7. Use of Premises

Los huéspedes aceptan respetar la naturaleza pacífica de la propiedad.

• No se permite fumar en el interior
• Pets are not allowed
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00

Los huéspedes deben devolver las habitaciones en buen estado.

8. Responsabilidad

Los huéspedes son responsables de cualquier daño causado durante su estancia.

Se requiere que los huéspedes tengan un seguro de responsabilidad civil personal válido.

Guests use the property at their own risk. The owners cannot be held liable for:

• Pérdida o robo de pertenencias personales
• Accidentes que ocurran en la propiedad

9. Video Surveillance

For security purposes, parts of the exterior of the property are under video surveillance.

Cameras are positioned at access points such as the entrance, parking area and other relevant outdoor locations, as well as within strictly private areas of the estate.

No cameras are installed in guest rooms or designated guest areas.

All recordings are used solely for the protection of people and property and are handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

10. Specific Property Conditions

La propiedad se encuentra en un entorno natural cerca de un río.

Los huéspedes deben tener precaución en todo momento, especialmente debido a:

• Proximity to water
• Uneven terrain
• Stairs and natural obstacles

Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents.

Certain areas, such as workshops, sheds, technical and private spaces, are not accessible without explicit consent from the owners.

11. Breakfast

El desayuno está disponible a diario a una hora fija o dentro de una ventana de tiempo definida.

Special dietary requirements due to allergies or health issues must be communicated in advance.

12. Force Majeure

The owners cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions or other force majeure events.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Cualquier reserva implica la aceptación total de estos Términos y Condiciones.
