These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Chambre d’Hôtes Le Moulin de La Neste.

1. General Information

The property offers guest accommodation including breakfast, in accordance with the French regulations applicable to chambres d’hôtes.

2. Réservation

Les réservations sont confirmées à réception de 100% du montant total du séjour.

This payment is considered as “arrhes” under French law. The reservation becomes effective once the payment has been received and a confirmation has been sent to the guest.

3. Paiement

The balance must be paid in advance, depending on the booking conditions.

Moyens de paiement acceptés :

• Virement bancaire
• Espèces
• Credit card, if enabled on the website

4. Cancellation Policy

Les conditions d'annulation sont les suivantes :

• More than 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded
• Between 15 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay is due
• Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay is due
• No-show: the full amount is due

Un départ anticipé ne donne droit à aucun remboursement.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: before 11:00

Des horaires différents peuvent être convenus sur demande.

6. Tarifs

Les tarifs comprennent :

• Nuitée
• Petit déjeuner
• Linge de lit et serviettes
• Basic toiletries, such as soap and toilet paper

Tourist tax, taxe de séjour, is not included unless explicitly stated.

7. Use of Premises

Les hôtes s'engagent à respecter le caractère paisible de la propriété.

• Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur
• Pets are not allowed
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00

Les clients doivent rendre les chambres en bon état.

8. Responsabilité

Les clients sont responsables de tout dommage causé pendant leur séjour.

Les clients doivent être munis d'une assurance responsabilité civile valide.

Guests use the property at their own risk. The owners cannot be held liable for:

• Perte ou vol d'effets personnels
• Accidents survenant sur la propriété

9. Video Surveillance

For security purposes, parts of the exterior of the property are under video surveillance.

Cameras are positioned at access points such as the entrance, parking area and other relevant outdoor locations, as well as within strictly private areas of the estate.

No cameras are installed in guest rooms or designated guest areas.

All recordings are used solely for the protection of people and property and are handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

10. Specific Property Conditions

La propriété est située dans un environnement naturel près d'une rivière.

Les clients doivent faire preuve de prudence à tout moment, en particulier en raison de :

• Proximity to water
• Uneven terrain
• Stairs and natural obstacles

Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents.

Certain areas, such as workshops, sheds, technical and private spaces, are not accessible without explicit consent from the owners.

11. Breakfast

Le petit-déjeuner est disponible quotidiennement à une heure fixe ou dans une fenêtre de temps définie.

Special dietary requirements due to allergies or health issues must be communicated in advance.

12. Force Majeure

The owners cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions or other force majeure events.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Toute réservation implique l'acceptation intégrale des présentes Conditions Générales.
