These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Chambre d’Hôtes Le Moulin de La Neste.

1. General Information

The property offers guest accommodation including breakfast, in accordance with the French regulations applicable to chambres d’hôtes.

2. Reservierung

Reservierungen werden nach Erhalt von 100% des Gesamtbetrags des Aufenthalts bestätigt.

This payment is considered as “arrhes” under French law. The reservation becomes effective once the payment has been received and a confirmation has been sent to the guest.

3. Zahlung

The balance must be paid in advance, depending on the booking conditions.

Akzeptierte Zahlungsmethoden:

• Banküberweisung
• Bargeld
• Credit card, if enabled on the website

4. Cancellation Policy

Die Stornierungsbedingungen lauten wie folgt:

• More than 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded
• Between 15 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay is due
• Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay is due
• No-show: the full amount is due

Eine vorzeitige Abreise berechtigt den Gast nicht zu einer Rückerstattung.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: before 11:00

Andere Zeiten können nach Absprache vereinbart werden.

6. Raten

Die Preise beinhalten:

• Übernachtung
• Frühstück
• Bettwäsche und Handtücher
• Basic toiletries, such as soap and toilet paper

Tourist tax, taxe de séjour, is not included unless explicitly stated.

7. Use of Premises

Gäste erklären sich damit einverstanden, die friedliche Natur des Anwesens zu respektieren.

• Rauchen ist im Inneren nicht gestattet
• Pets are not allowed
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00

Gäste müssen die Zimmer in gutem Zustand zurückgeben.

8. Haftung

Gäste sind für Schäden verantwortlich, die während ihres Aufenthalts entstehen.

Gäste sind verpflichtet, eine gültige private Haftpflichtversicherung zu haben.

Guests use the property at their own risk. The owners cannot be held liable for:

• Verlust oder Diebstahl von persönlichen Gegenständen
• Unfälle, die auf dem Grundstück passieren

9. Video Surveillance

For security purposes, parts of the exterior of the property are under video surveillance.

Cameras are positioned at access points such as the entrance, parking area and other relevant outdoor locations, as well as within strictly private areas of the estate.

No cameras are installed in guest rooms or designated guest areas.

All recordings are used solely for the protection of people and property and are handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

10. Specific Property Conditions

Das Anwesen befindet sich in einer natürlichen Umgebung in der Nähe eines Flusses.

Gäste müssen jederzeit Vorsicht walten lassen, insbesondere wegen:

• Proximity to water
• Uneven terrain
• Stairs and natural obstacles

Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents.

Certain areas, such as workshops, sheds, technical and private spaces, are not accessible without explicit consent from the owners.

11. Breakfast

Das Frühstück ist täglich zu einer festen Zeit oder innerhalb eines definierten Zeitfensters verfügbar.

Special dietary requirements due to allergies or health issues must be communicated in advance.

12. Force Majeure

The owners cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions or other force majeure events.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Jede Reservierung impliziert die vollständige Annahme dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.
