At the foot of the Pyrenees, at our place Le Moulin de la Neste, we host small-scale coaching weeks for people who feel the need for clarity, direction and a moment to pause.

No fluff, no vague concepts — just a practical and personal week where you take distance from your daily life and look at what really matters.

What to expect

The week is intentionally not packed.
We combine coaching, practical exercises and plenty of space for yourself.

You won’t be in a full-day program, but you will be guided in whatever process you’re going through.

We work with a small group, which creates space for personal attention, calm and real conversations.

The structure of the week

Throughout the week, we offer several coaching moments, alternated with free time and experiential activities.

You can expect:

3 in-depth coaching sessions
2 shorter check-ins or reflection moments
1 experiential activity (such as a walk or working with horses)
the option to book 1-on-1 sessions for extra depth

The coaching is practical and partly inspired by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
It’s not about endless analysis, but about gaining clarity on where you are, what matters to you, and what you want to do differently.

At the same time, this is not a heavy therapy week.
It’s a coaching week: grounded, personal and practical, with space and simplicity.

What do the days look like?

The days have a calm rhythm.
There is structure, but no overloaded schedule.

Morning: coaching or quiet time
Afternoon: free time or an activity
Evening: always free

Afternoons vary — walking, being in nature, working with horses, gardening or simply doing nothing.

Often, it’s in that space where things really start to shift.

Stay & meals

You’ll stay at our place in the South of France, surrounded by nature and quiet.

You can choose:

  • a private room
  • a shared room
  • your own spot with a camper or tent

We provide lunch each day and eat together.
We cook on the first and last evening.
For the other meals, you’re free to cook for yourself and follow your own rhythm.

Who is this for?

This week is for people who feel the need to step back from their daily life.
For those who sense that something needs to change, but don’t yet know how.

For people who are not looking for anything “spiritual” or vague, but are willing to take an honest look at themselves.

You don’t have to be stuck.
Sometimes it’s enough to feel: I don’t want to keep going like this.

We do ask for your active involvement.

Small-scale & personal

We work with a small group of 6–8 participants.
This keeps it personal, grounded and real.

No mass retreat — just a week with attention, space and depth.
