Algemene informatie<\/h2>\n  <div class=\"box\">\n    <p>\n      <strong>Chambre d\u2019H\u00f4tes Le Moulin de La Neste<\/strong><br>\n      Route de la Gouarde 6<br>\n      65250 Izaux<br>\n      Frankrijk\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <p>\n    Het pension biedt gastenkamers aan, inclusief ontbijt, conform de Franse regelgeving die van toepassing is op chambres d'h\u00f4tes.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>2. Reservering<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Reserveringen worden bevestigd na ontvangst van 100% van het totale verblijfsbedrag.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Deze betaling wordt beschouwd als \u201carrhes\u201d onder Frans recht. De reservering wordt van kracht zodra de betaling is ontvangen en een bevestiging naar de gast is verzonden.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>3. Betaling<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Het saldo dient vooraf te worden betaald, afhankelijk van de boekingsvoorwaarden.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>Geaccepteerde betaalmethoden:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Bankoverschrijving<\/li>\n    <li>Contant geld<\/li>\n    <li>Creditcard, indien ingeschakeld op de website<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>4. Annuleringsbeleid<\/h2>\n  <p>Annuleringsvoorwaarden zijn als volgt:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Meer dan 30 dagen voor aankomst: borg wordt terugbetaald<\/li>\n    <li>Tussen 15 en 30 dagen voor aankomst: 50% van het totale verblijf moet worden betaald<\/li>\n    <li>Minder dan 15 dagen voor aankomst: 100% van het totale verblijf moet worden betaald<\/li>\n    <li>No-show: het volledige bedrag is verschuldigd<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>\n    Onvervroegd vertrek geeft de gast geen recht op enige restitutie.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>5. Inchecken en uitchecken<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    <strong>Inchecken:<\/strong> vanaf 15:00 uur<br>\n    <strong>Uitchecken:<\/strong> voor 11:00\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    In overleg zijn andere tijden mogelijk.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>6. Tarieven<\/h2>\n  <p>Tarieven zijn inclusief:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Overnachting<\/li>\n    <li>Ontbijt<\/li>\n    <li>Beddengoed en handdoeken<\/li>\n    <li>Basis toiletartikelen, zoals zeep en toiletpapier<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>\n    Toeristenbelasting, <em>toeristenbelasting<\/em>, tenzij expliciet vermeld, is niet inbegrepen.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>7. Gebruik van de Ruimte<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Gasten gaan ermee akkoord de rustige aard van het pand te respecteren.\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Roken is binnen niet toegestaan<\/li>\n    <li>Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan<\/li>\n    <li>De stilte-uren zijn van 22:00 tot 08:00<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>\n    Gasten dienen de kamers in goede staat terug te bezorgen.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>8. Aansprakelijkheid<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Gasten zijn verantwoordelijk voor alle schade die wordt veroorzaakt tijdens hun verblijf.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Gasten moeten een geldige persoonlijke aansprakelijkheidsverzekering hebben.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Gasten gebruiken het pand op eigen risico. De eigenaren kunnen niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Verlies of diefstal van persoonlijke bezittingen<\/li>\n    <li>Ongevallen die zich op het terrein voordoen<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>9. Videobewaking<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Voor de veiligheid wordt een deel van de buitenkant van het pand opgenomen met videobewaking.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Camera's zijn geplaatst bij toegangspunten zoals de ingang, het parkeerterrein en andere relevante buitenlocaties, evenals binnen strikt priv\u00e9gedeeltes van het landgoed.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Er zijn geen camera's ge\u00efnstalleerd in gastenkamers of aangewezen gastenruimtes.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Alle opnames worden uitsluitend gebruikt ter bescherming van personen en eigendommen en worden verwerkt in\n    overeenstemming met de geldende regelgeving inzake gegevensbescherming.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>10. Specifieke eigendomsvoorwaarden<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Het pand is gelegen in een natuurlijke omgeving nabij een rivier.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>Gasten dienen te allen tijde voorzichtig te zijn, met name vanwege:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Nabijheid van water<\/li>\n    <li>Oneffen terrein<\/li>\n    <li>Trappen en natuurlijke obstakels<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>\n    Kinderen blijven onder de volledige verantwoordelijkheid van hun ouders.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Bepaalde ruimtes, zoals werkplaatsen, schuren, technische ruimtes en priv\u00e9ruimtes, zijn niet toegankelijk\n    zonder uitdrukkelijke toestemming van de eigenaren.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>11. Ontbijt<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Ontbijt is dagelijks beschikbaar op een vast tijdstip of binnen een bepaald tijdsbestek.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Speciale dieetwensen wegens allergie\u00ebn of gezondheidsproblemen moeten vooraf worden doorgegeven.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>12. Overmacht<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    De eigenaren kunnen niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor het niet nakomen van verplichtingen als gevolg van gebeurtenissen buiten hun controle, zoals natuurrampen, overheidsbeperkingen of andere overmacht.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>13.
