R\u00e9servation<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Les r\u00e9servations sont confirm\u00e9es \u00e0 r\u00e9ception de 100% du montant total du s\u00e9jour.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    This payment is considered as \u201carrhes\u201d under French law. The reservation becomes effective\n    once the payment has been received and a confirmation has been sent to the guest.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>3. Video Surveillance<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    For security purposes, parts of the exterior of the property are under video surveillance.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Cameras are positioned at access points such as the entrance, parking area and other relevant\n    outdoor locations, as well as within strictly private areas of the estate.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    No cameras are installed in guest rooms or designated guest areas.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    All recordings are used solely for the protection of people and property and are handled in\n    accordance with applicable data protection regulations.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>10.
